Our group aims to analyze pathways associated with diseases by combining system biology, computational biology and bioinformatics approaches. We are especially interested in identification of disease metabolic pathways, drug related pathway analyses, and patient survival prediction. Towards this end, we practice a unique combination of bioinformatics methods for high-throughput transcriptomics, genomics and metabolomics, computational metabolic network analysis, and molecular biology approaches.
